At Little Forest Folk our children relish the opportunity to charge into the forest, roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Temperatures are still low but our children’s spirits are as high as ever!
 With the fog thick, frost glistening and parakeets chirping, it’s no wonder our intrepid explorers can’t wait to race into the forest to get their hands dirty.

This week in the forest the cold weather has reminded us to be mindful, looking on the bright side and appreciating the natural beauties that lay within our surroundings.

It has been a spectacularly beautiful week in the forest. The combination of frost with stunning blue skies has made the forest look and feel so magical.

We are back from the holidays! We are super happy to be back to find those little faces smiling at us. We spent circle time this week talking about all our wonderful presents and experiences over the holidays...

The build up to Christmas has had us all super excited. Two more days to be good so that we can get all the special presents we’ve asked for from Santa. We told the children we’d forgotten to write up our lists for Santa and asked them if they could help us think of things to put on it.
