Another brilliant week at Wimbledon! We have had a mixture of new and older children coming as holiday campers, and it means it’s a great excuse for our current children to show off their amazing site. It is so lovely to see the pride they take in our space and how much our new children love to explore it.
Chiswick - The Circus!
Fulham - Tiger Tent!
Hello everyone! Where is our heatwave? After all the reports of global warming and extreme heat in the rest of Europe, Fulham has felt like Autumn already. On Wednesday we braved the torrential rain, sheltering at times in our ‘Tiger Tent’ for stories and songs. Although the children in our ever-popular mud kitchen enjoyed the extra water to create their potions and pies.
Morden - From Pond Making to Building Electric Hammers!
Mixed weather in the forest has given us the opportunity to enjoy a range of different activities. As we have a range of ages this week, we have had creative and imaginative ideas inspiring child-led activities! From pond making, pirate adventures, self-portraits and building electric hammers. We have not been short of ideas!

Wandsworth - On Our New Spot of Land
It's been a transformative week at Little Forest Folk Wandsworth. Starting out within the tranquil normality of Paradise, it was a delight to have a new intake of holiday campers for the summer. Both campers and full-timers have had excellent fun playing with one another. The clay was a very popular choice at Paradise, with many mouldings made; towering castles; sludgy snails and wiggly worms. We also had plenty of time to indulge in some wondrous stories and run around the little labyrinth of plants as the children ran and chased one another.
Wimbledon - Swings and Barbecues
Swings and Barbecues. This week in the forest has been busy, filled with lots of fun and games! We have welcomed the first week of holiday campers to start the summer and it has been so lovely to see some familiar faces as well as some new faces! It has been wonderful to see all children enjoy being in the forest whether this has been to return or for their first time.
Chiswick - Cherished Memories!
As we reach the end of this school year and bid farewell to the summer term, emotions run high at Little Forest Folk. This week has been particularly emotional as we say goodbye to some of our dear friends who are moving on to big school. We will cherish the memories we've created together and carry the joy of their laughter with us always.
Fulham - Fulham Forest FC!
We would like to start by saying how incredibly well our graduation ceremony went at the beginning of this week. It’s that time of year where we begin to say goodbye to all our children in Fulham that are leaving us. The children that are leaving received their certificate and graduation stone and all the educators here in Fulham couldn’t feel prouder of how grown up, well developed and school-ready these little ones are - you have all done us proud!
