Well, this weekend was the long awaited Nursery World Awards! It was a fabulous event and we were delighted to be recognised in such a large industry such as the early years to be one of the industry leaders.

The beginning of Spring brought with it mild weather and warmth, both children and adults fully welcoming this. The children began and have ended the week with just as much energy and enthusiasm for play and adventure.

This week in our Fulham forest we have been thinking about how to improve and work on our independence. So, each day in camp we have come up with some amazing ideas on how to implement this through our activities.
We hope all families had a delightful Mother’s Day celebration this past weekend! The children were thrilled to share stories about their Mums and other special people in their lives, spreading love all around the forest.
This week in the forest, we let our imaginations run wild. We enjoyed listening to stories of our favourite writers and looking at the beautiful illustrations in books which inspired us to make up our very own stories.
Science week has been in full swing at Wimbledon! We have had so many different activities and experiments throughout the week for our children to get involved with.
A glorious sunny week in Wimbledon, the children have truly deserved this week’s lovely weather. It may still be a little bit chilly but the shining sun rays make all the difference, hopefully a great taste of what’s to come!
