We set off on an indoor adventure. Of course at Little Forest Folk we love the great outdoors, but an adventure is still an adventure rain, shine, or strong winds

Winkworth - Singing and Dancing in the Forest +Mr Clicketty Cane!
We welcomed the children back into the forest with one of our favourite songs, Mr Clicketty Cane! We had a fun station to explore each verse of the song, resulting in lots of silly fun. We washed our face with orange juice using orange water and scrubbed our reflections in the mirror. The children βcleaned their teethβ with 'bubblegum' with the help of some pink oobleck and our lovely big teeth set.
Wimbledon - Bug Hotel Making!
We also did some more tool work this week, making more habitats for bugs and adding them to the bug hotel. The children whittled sticks and placed them in tins to create a little house for the insects to climb in and out of. It was great to see the children testing their whittling skills and also seeing our new children taking part too.
Wimbledon Village - Super Heroes!

Chiswick - Exploring and Learning in the Forest.
Although the weather has not been the best this week, the children still had a wonderful time exploring and learning in the forest. Our new Little Forest Folk-ers are gradually settling in, while our existing children have been very welcoming, inviting their new friends to join in their play. It has been lovely to see friendships forming and growing.
Chiswick - A Wonderful Start to September!
Fulham - What a tree-mendous week we've had in the forest! ππ³
The weather certainly got the memo - maybe a little all too well! πππ§£It gave us the full autumn experience this week: one minute it was sunshine and perfect jumper-and-shorts weather and the next, it was full-on trench (or should we say βtrench-rainβ!) coat conditions! βοΈβ‘οΈπ§οΈ
