What a week it's been, with the unmistakable arrival of autumn bringing a shift in the weather! We've embraced the cooler air, the colourful leaves, and of course, the muddy puddles that are just begging to be splashed in. There's something magical about this time of year, and the children have been loving every minute of it.
Fulham - Hello Autumn!
Morden - Hedgehog Hibernation House
Putney Heath - Sensory Patterns & Spices
Twickenham - Bugs, Birds and Bravery
Wimbledon Village - Puddles and helicopter story
After the heavens opened on us this week, we took the opportunity to jump in puddles! These puddles quickly became shark infested waters, and so the tables were turned with this activity, as we then did our best to avoid the puddles! Whilst our camp may have become dampened, our spirits certainly did not!
Wimbledon - Spiderwebs & Monkey Bars!
Chiswick - Flower Bingo!
We began the week by introducing the children to our two Colour Monsters, Happy and Sad. Together, we sorted different feelings into jars, sparking great conversations about times when we have felt happy or sad. The children shared thoughtful examples, showing a wonderful understanding of their emotions.
